First Things First: You Need the Needle Phial

Before you go poking around for Plasmium, you gotta equip the right tool. The Needle Phial is your key to extracting that glowing blue goo. Sit on the bench right next to Zylotol (convenient, I know), pop open your Tools menu, and slot it in. No Needle Phial? No Plasmium. Simple as that.

The Three Plasmium Locations (Don’t Get Lost, Okay?)

There are exactly three Plasmium buds scattered across the Wormways. I’ve marked them all below. Trust me, the first time I ran this, I walked right past one because I was too busy staring at a spike pit. Don’t be like me.

1. The Alcove Right Under Zylotol’s Nose

This one’s a gimme. From the Alchemist’s spot, take the exit to the right and drop down a level. Turn left, and you’ll see a spike pit. Use your Wall Climb to get above it, then go left and drop down again. Boom—blue glow in the alcove to your right. Hold that Tool activation hotkey, and the Needle Phial does its thing.
